济钢3~#1750m^3高炉长期休风复风操作实践

摘　　要：为更换布料溜槽,济钢3~#1750m^3高炉进行了16h的休复风操作。休风前进行分段调整焦比,降低配料碱度并适当提高生铁含Si量等准备,确保炉况顺行,炉缸状态良好。休风后合理压料,确保在规定时间内安全更换布料溜槽安全地更换。复风采用全开风口操作,通过合理控制风量、风温、喷煤及出铁等关键环节,实现了复风后炉况快速恢复。In order to change distributing channel, operation of blowing-down and reblowing for 16 hours of Jinan Steel ＇ s No.3 1 750 m3 blast furnace was carried out. The preparations of blowing-down such as adjusting coke ratio by stages, reducing acid-to-base ratio of batch and raising silicon content in molten iron properly were made for ensuring regular furnace conditions and hearth work well. After blowing-down, through rational feed operation, the chute feeder was changed safely within the allotted time. Reblowing operation adopted opening all tuyeres. Through controlling the weight of blast, blast temperature, pulverized coal injection and tapping and so on, fast recovery of the BF normal condition was achieved after reblowing.
