摘  要:济钢第一炼铁厂通过在原料二次料场采用逐层自动变流量堆料技术,降低堆料粒度的偏析;设计料比转换程序,根据原料湿度的不同,自动修正配料比;更新10台配料电子皮带称等技术,使混匀料主要质量指标σTFe和σSiO2分别由改进前的0.45%和0.12%降低到0.34%和0.09%,年经济效益450万元。No.1 Ironmaking Plant of Jinan Steel adopted automatically variable flow stacking technology layer by layer in secondary blending yard for reducing the particle segregation of stacking; designed the conversion program of the mixture ratio, which can realize the serf-correction of the mixture ratio according to different material humidity and replaced ten electronic belt scales. Then the primary quality indexes of mixture were improved obviously, for example, σTFe reduced to 0.34% from 0.45% and σSiO2 . reduced to 0.09% from 0.12%. The economy benefits were 4 500 thousand Yuan every year.
