摘　　要：液力变扭箱在完成组装后,需要对其输出特性进行测试,包括输出转矩和效率,只有输出特性符合设计要求才可以装车使用。本文介绍一种计算机数据采集系统,此系统采用PCL-818L数据采集卡,通过MCGS组态软件完成液力变扭箱的性能参数检测,生成测试报表与曲线,据此判断液力变扭箱的性能是否符合设计要求。系统具有测试精度高、操作简单等特点,投入使用后,运行稳定,效果良好。After the liquid torque converter has been assembled, its output performance should be tested, including output torque and efficiency. Only when its output performance meets the design requirements, it can be put into operation. This paper introduces a kind of computer data acquisition system , which adopts PCL - 818L data acquisition system card. The system may eve performance parameters test, produce test tables and curves through MCGS configuration software , so we can judge whether it meets the design requirements or not. The system features high precision, easily operation and so on. While operating, it runs smoothly with excellent results.
