摘 要:目的探讨耳垂血、指尖血肝功能测定的准确性。方法29例志愿者同时采集耳垂血、指尖血和静脉血,并分析其丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)测定值的差异。结果耳垂血、指尖血ALT与静脉血相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但耳垂血、指尖血AST均高于静脉血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),定量分析分别高14.21%和9.68%。结论耳垂血、指尖血ALT与静脉血相似,但AST显著高于静脉血,临床测定时需作相应校正。Objective To assess the accuracy of liver function measured by ear lobe and finger tip blood. Methods Blood samples of ear lobe, finger tip and vein from 29 healthy volunteers were collected, Alanine transaminase(ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST) were measured and compared. Results No significant differences in ALT among ear lobe, finger tip and vein blood samples were found ( P 〉 0.05 ), but there demonstrated a significant higher in AST in ear lobe and finger tip blood samples than those in vein blood samples( P 〈 0.01 ) ,quantitative analysis showed that ALT was 14.21% and 9.68% higher in ear lobe and finger tip blood than in vein Blood. Conclusions ALT in ear lobe and finger tip blood is equivalent to it in vein blood. AST in ear lobe and finger tip blood is significantly higher than that in vein blood, and need to be corrected in clinical practice.
