山东省水生态环境承载力探讨

摘　　要：水生态环境承载力可以作为衡量区域经济社会与水生态环境协调程度的判据．以生态环境需水量和水环境容量作为水生态环境承载力研究的基础，构建了山东省水生态环境承载力评价指标体系，进行了单项指标评价；建立了水生态环境承载力综合评价方法，并对山东省2000～2005年水生态环境承载力进行了综合评价．研究成果为有关决策部门指导水环境管理、水资源保护和推进生态省建设提供了科学依据．Water eco-environmental carrying capacity can be taken as a criterion for judging the harmonious extent among regional economy, society and water environment. The evaluation index system of water eco-environmental carrying capacity was established ＇based on the eco-environmental water demand and water environmental capacity, and the water eco-environmental carrying capacity in Shandong Province was evaluated using single index. The method for the comprehensive evaluation of water eco-environmental carrying capacity was established and the water econvironmental carrying capacity in Shandong Province from 2000 to 2005 was synthetically evaluated. The result of this research provided the scientific basis for decision-making departments to su- pervise the management of the water environment and the protection of water resources, and for the construction of an ecological province in Shandong Province.
