正交设计试验法优化“金圣香”中药复方的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优化"金圣香"中药复方的提取工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计试验法。结果:影响浸提效果的因素主次为混合溶剂(种类)(A)(回流温度(C)(回流时间(B),混合溶剂(种类)(A)因素有极显著影响,回流温度(C)因素有显著影响,最佳提取条件为A3C3B1,即采用20倍量混合溶剂AⅢ,65℃回流提取2次,每次4h。结论:按正交设计试验法优化的工艺条件提取"金圣香"中药复方,工艺可行,浸膏质量稳定。Objective：To explore the optimum extracting conditionds for Jinshengxiang. Methods：The orthogonal method. Results：According to the results of orthogonal experiment, the influence factors was A 〉 C 〉 B, A had a significant effect. The optimum conditions for extraction thus established to be ： Mix solution （ A ） as extraction solvent, ratio of solid to solvent of 1 ： 20, reflux temperature （ C ） of 65℃, extraction times of 2,4 h for each time （B）. Conclusion：It is feasible to extract Jinshengxiang by the optimized conditions, and the quality of the extract was steady.
