摘  要:为了使转轮具有相同的正向和反向性能,可采用压力面和吸力面相同的翼型即对称翼型.针对城市水环境治理工程中超低扬程双向抽水的要求,对基于对称翼型转轮的双向竖井贯流泵形式的装置,研究了其水力性能.运用三维数值模拟技术优化获得了泵装置进、出水流道型线和控制尺寸.依据国家相关试验方法和规程,基于高精度水力机械试验台,从大流量到小流量依次测试了正反向工况下各5个叶片角度下的水力性能.模型试验结果表明,该装置形式可以获得较好的正反向能量特性.根据莫迪公式换算的原型性能结果表明,裴家圩泵站中采用的对称翼型转轮双向竖井贯流泵装置,可以保证正反向工况下均能高效运行,运行效率均超过了60%.该研究成果对同类双向超低扬程泵站的选型和设计有着重要参考价值.In order to get the same performances at the two-way operating conditions, a symmetric aerofoil can be used where the suction surface is the same as the pressure surface. The reversible impeller with the symmetric aerofoil was designed to achieve two-ways pumping function for environmental water treatment engineering. Numerical simulation of three-dimensional turbulent flow was applied to the reversible suction box for shaft pumping station. The key dimension of passages and shapes were optimized by CFD. Based on the National test standard and criterion, the hydraulic performances of 5 impeller angles were tested on the high-precise hydraulic machinery test rig from lager flowrate to small flowrate. The model test results indicated good performance characteristic. The prototype performance conversed by Mode equation revealed that the bi-direetional shaft-well tubular pumping system could be operated on the BEP and the efficiency could be achieved above 60%. The research results could be applied to design the similar type of pumping stations.
