复方六月雪对鸭乙型肝炎病毒的抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方六月雪(CLYX)对鸭乙型肝炎病毒乙型肝炎表面抗原(DHBsAg)和乙型肝炎E抗原(DHBeAg)的抑制作用。方法:采用1d龄雏鸭接种广西麻鸭DHBV强阳性血清,13d后用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法筛选出DHBV强阳性鸭。随机分成5组:CLYX高、中、低剂量和模型、阳性对照组,每组10只,各组雏鸭均灌胃给药14d。于用药前(T0)、用药7d(T7)和14d(T14)及停药后3d(P3)分别采血,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定上清液DHBsAg和DHBeAg的滴度。结果:CLYX高、中剂量组用药后血清DHBsAg和DHBeAg的滴度显著降低(P<0·01);停药3d后,CLYX高、中剂量组血清DHBsAg和DHBeAg的滴度无反跳现象。CLYX抑制DHBsAg和DHBeAg的作用有明显的量效和时效反应关系。结论:CLYX可有效地抑制DHBsAg和DHBeAg的表达。OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibitory effects of traditional chinese medicine Compound Liuyuexue (CLYX) on hepatitis B surface antigen(DHBsAg) and hepatitis B e - antigen(DHBeAg) .METHODS: One- day old gnangxi brown spotted ducks infected with DHBV were used as the hepatitis B virus infected animal model. Positive ducks were detected by PCR at 13 days after the infection of DHBV, and were randomly divided into five groups: the high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group of Compound Liuyuexue(CLYX), model group, and positive control group, with 10 ducks in each group. CLYX was given ig.for 14 days. Serum sampling was scheduled at 0, 7, 14 days respectively and 3 days after drug withdrawal, and the contents of DHBsAg and DHBeAg in serum were measured by ELISA. RESULTS: The serum DHBsAg and DHBeAg contents in high dose and middle dose groups of CLYX were decreased significantly(P〈0.01) and which did not rebound 3 days after drug withdrawal, and its inhibitory effects on DHBsAg and DHBeAg assumed an obvious dose - and time - dependent manner. CONCLUSION: CLYX can effectively inhibit the expressions of DHBsAg and DHBeAg.
