摘　　要：采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对上海市信息服务业产业集群进行了深入分析。研究发现,上海市信息服务业产业集群目前存在企业集聚度较低、缺乏行业龙头企业、未形成高效的区域创新网络等主要问题。提出了完善上海市信息服务业产业集群、促进区域经济发展的对策建议。This paper integrated quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the Shanghai information service industry cluster in depth. It found that the key problems are the low enterprise agglomerating degree, the lack of industry leading enterprises, failure of forming efficient regional innovation network, and so on. Based on the above findings, this paper proposed some suggestions and measures on how to improve the Shanghai information service industry cluster in order to promote regional economics development.
