摘  要:介绍了此法规中的部分重要内容,如玻璃幕墙传热系数U值的计算公式,简单回收期的计算等。通过与我国《公共建筑节能设计标准》在窗墙比、围护结构传热系数等规定性指标限值方面进行比较和分析,发现其指标限值更加严格;并认为其所运用的方法概念,如用CO2排放量来进行权衡判断、以自我认证制度来完成节能工程,以及通过多种供选选项来辅助建筑师的节能设计等,对我国的建筑节能工作有一定借鉴意义。Presents some important contents in the Document, such as the calculating formula of heat transfer coefficient U-value of glass curtain walls and simple payback calculation. By comparing and analysing the differences between the Document and China's national standard, Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings, in terms of limiting values of prescriptive indices, such as area ratio of window to wall and heat transfer coefficient of building envelope, finds that the limiting values in the Document are stricter. Considers that the methods and/or notions used in the Document, such as choosing trade-off options by COz emissions, implementing energy efficient projects through self-certification systems, and assisting architecture design with several energy efficiency options, can provide reference for improving building energy efficiency in China.
