糖尿病足中α-actin表达与中医辨证分型及部位的相关性

摘　　要：目的:研究糖尿病足截肢标本肌肉内α-肌动蛋白(α-actin)的表达与糖尿病足中医辨证分型的相关性。方法:对100例糖尿病患者按照中医辨证分为气血两虚瘀阻证,气阴两虚瘀阻证,脉络热毒证3型,对3型进行肌肉α-actin的免疫组化研究。结果:在肌肉组织中脉络热毒证表达最强,气血两虚瘀阻证表达最弱。各证型之间α-actin表达具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。各部位间无显著差异。结论:糖尿病足中医辨证分型与α-actin的表达具有较高的相关性。各部位之间差异不明显。Objective：To investigate the associativity between identify signs and pattern types for diabetic foot and expression of α- actin in muscle of amputation. Methods ： 100 cases with diabetic foot were divided into stagnant deficieney of both qi and blood type, stagnant deficiency of both qi and yin type and heat toxin in collaterals type and according to syndrome differentiation in TCM. Studying of the expression of α- actin in muscle with immunohistochemistry method. Results ： It expressed hight in heat toxin in collaterals type and low in stagnant deficiency of both qi and blood type. There were significant difference for expression of α-actin among the three types （P 〈 0.01）. The expression in each parts were no significant difference. Conclusion ：There are high associativity between identify signs and pattern types for diabetic foot and expression of α- actin and no significant differ- enee among each parts.
