中药宣肺法对消化道术后胃肠功能恢复疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨宣肺法治疗消化道术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法:选择本院外科行胃肠道手术患者27例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组术后予宣肺利气方胃管注入,对照组则予生理盐水治疗。观察两组术后肠鸣音出现及肛门排气时间、末梢动脉血氧饱和度及胃泌素测定。结果:治疗组术后肠鸣音出现及肛门排气时间均早于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组用药后末梢动脉血氧饱和度较对照组明显改善(P<0.05);用药后胃泌素变化,治疗组较对照组改善(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺法对消化道术后胃肠功能恢复有一定的临床疗效。Objective：Discuss the clinical effects of gastrointestinal function after surgery with the method about ventilating lung. Methods ：27 patients after the gastrointestinal surgery were divided into treated and controlled group randomly. The patients of treated group were injected with the herbal decoction from nasogastric tube, and the patients of controlled group were injected with the normal saline. Then observe the time when the patients emerging bowel sounds regular and passage of gas by anus ,assay the saturation of peripheral arterial blood and the concentration of gastrin. Results：The time when the patients emerging bowel sounds regular and passage of gas by anus of treated group are obviously different from controlled group（P 〈 0.05） ; The saturation of peripheral arterial blood of treated group are statistically evident（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The concentration of gastrin of treated group are also obviously different from controlled group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The method about ventilating lung is available to anastate the gastrointestinal function after surgery.
