中药合小剂量激素治疗慢性马兜铃酸肾病27例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中药合小剂量激素治疗慢性马兜铃酸肾病（CAAN）临床疗效。方法：27例慢性马兜铃酸肾病患者，中药治疗：肾衰康胶囊，虫草黄芪补益胶囊，口服;肾衰1号煎剂，每日1剂，口服;阿魏酸钠200mg静点，每日1次。激素：地塞米松3-4mg隔日入壶静点，7次，2-3mg隔日入壶静点，7次，出院后，泼尼松10mg天/，口服，1年，5mg天/，口服，半年。结果：治疗后患者中医各项症状改善明显，治疗1、6个月BUN、Scr、Ccr、Hb、ANG、β2微球蛋白，治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05，P〈0.01）。其中显效11例，有效13例，无效3例，总有效率88.89%。结论：中药合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗患者肾功能得以恢复。Objective ：To observe the effects of Chinese medicine combining a little mycophenolate mofetil （MMF） in treating chronic aristolochic acid nephropathy （CAAN）. Methods：In our center 27 patients with CAAN were treated by Chinese medicine （Shenshuaikang Capsule, Cordyceps Huangqi Capsule, Shenshuai I herb, Sodium Ferulate 200mg/d injection） and a little MMF （ Dexamethasone ：3 -4mg/qod vein 7 times, then 2-3mg/qod vein 7 times, and then prednisone 10mg/d one year in the final 5mg/d halt year）. Results： After treatment the patients＇ clinical symptoms had obviously improved. At the hh and 6th month after treatment Bun. Scr. Ccr. Hb. AnG. - MG also obviously changed （ P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01 ）. Results ： Marked effect in 11 cases, effectiveness in 13 cases, failure in 3 cases, and tlle total effective rate being 88.89%. Conclusion ： The combined treatment of Chinese medicine and a little MMF can delay CRF progression by recovering and curing glomerulosclerosis. But the reason will wait for our further study and discussion.
