摘　　要：目的:观察芪枣神衰胶囊配合针刺治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将80例老年抑郁症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予芪枣神衰胶囊配合针刺治疗,对照组常规西药治疗,30天为1个疗程,观察疗效。结果:芪枣神衰胶囊配合针刺治疗老年抑郁症与西药相比效果显著,而且无不良反应,P<0.05。结论:芪枣神衰胶囊配合针刺治疗老年抑郁症疗效显著,且无不良反应。Objective： To study the effect of acupuncture, the Qizaoshenshuai capsule with the treatment of senile depression clinical efficacy. Methods ： 80 cases of elderly depressed patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received the Qizaoshenshuai capsule with acupuncture treatment while the control group accepted the conventional western medicine treatment. 30 days would be needed for a course of treatment in order to observe their effect. Results ： the Qizaoshenshuai capsule with acupuncture treatment of depression compared with the effects of western medicine was significantly, and besides, there was no adverse reaction, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： The Qizaoshenshuai capsule in the treatment of depression with acupuncture was efficacy significantly, and there was no side effects.
