强肌健力饮对肾阳虚证大鼠环核苷酸水平的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:观察强肌健力饮对肾阳虚证大鼠血浆环核苷酸水平的影响,探讨该方防治肾阳虚证的作用机理。方法:选用SD雄性大鼠,随机分为正常对照组,肾阳虚模型组,强肌健力饮低、中、高剂量组、右归丸组;采用氢化可的松致肾阳虚证大鼠模型,观察各组动物胸腺和肾上腺重量指数,以及血浆环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量和cAMP/cGMP比值的变化。结果:肾阳虚模型组大鼠血浆cAMP含量及cAMP/cGMP比值与正常对照组相比均降低(P<0.01),cGMP含量则显著升高(P<0.01)。而强肌健力饮各剂量均能使cAMP含量和cAMP/cGMP比值升高及降低cGMP含量(P<0.01),又可使胸腺指数增大等作用。结论:强肌健力饮能够改善肾阳虚证大鼠的肾虚症状,其作用机理与调节cAMP、cGMP水平有关。Objective： To observe the effects of Qiangji Jianli Yin on cyclic nucleotide levels in plasma of rats with kidney - yang deficiency syndrome, so as to probe into its mechanism of prevention and cure the syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods ： Male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups ： normal control group, kidney - yang deficiency model group, the large, middle, small dose of Qianji Jianli Yin group, Yougui Wan group. And injected hydrocortisone to establish models with kidney-yang deficiency group. In the experiment, observation of the general state of animals, body weight, thymus gland and adrenal mass index, as well as to detect the animal plasma cyclic adenosine monophsphate （cAMP） and cyclic guanosine monophos- phate （cGMP） in its calculation and cAMP/cGMP ratio. Results： Compared with normal control group, in model group plasma cAMP content and cAMP/cGMP ratio were obviously decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and cGMP content was significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Different doses of Qiangji Jianli Yin can all be significantly increased about cAMP levels and cAMP/cGMP ratio （ P 〈0.01）, And cGMP content （P 〈 0.01 ） significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01）. and increase the thymus gland weight. Condusion ： The Qiangji Jianli Yin can improve kidney - yang deficiency state in rats, mostly owing to regulate the levels of the second messenger cAMP, cGMP.
