摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导下经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗颈椎病的临床应用。方法回顾性分析2005年5月-2007年10月应用CT引导下经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗颈椎病32例的临床资料。结果总有效率93.55%（29/31）,优良率74.19%（23/31）,无效1例,无并发症发生。此外,穿刺失败1例。结论CT引导下经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗颈椎病,具有侵入小、安全有效、恢复快、操作医生不受放射线侵害等优点。由于这一操作不是在动态影像学下操作,具有一定的难度。操作技术尚须改进。Objective To study and explore the clinical application of percutaneous laser disc decompression（PLDD）on cervical spondylosis under the guidance of CT. Methods Thirdy two patients who were treated by PLDD under the guidance of CT from Jul. 2005 to Oct. 2007 were involved in the study and analyed retrospectively. Results Total efficiency was 93. 55%（29/31 ）. There were 23 patients（74.19%） with marked effect. One case with no effect and no case with complication in 31 cases. In addition,the puncture is defeated in 1 case. Conclusion PLDD on cervical spondylosis under the guidance of CT has many advantages, such as less injury, high efficiency,safty and fast recovery. Because the technique of operation is not performed under the dynamic image,so it has a certain difficulty and still to be improved.
