摘  要:目的观察条件性味觉厌恶学习(CTA)对亮脑啡肽(LEK)表达的影响。方法采用免疫细胞化学方法,观察LEK阳性神经元在大鼠脑内的分布情况,并比较建立CTA前后丘脑5个核团内内源性LEK的表达水平。结果CTA组大鼠丘脑外侧背核、丘脑内侧背核外侧部及丘脑腹后内侧核内LEK阳性神经元数目显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论获得CTA的大鼠脑内的LEK表达水平均降低,提示脑内一些核团的LEK表达在CTA过程中发挥作用。Objective To investigate the effect of conditioned taste aversion (CTA) acquisition and retention on the expression of endogenous leu-enkephalin (LEK) in rats. Methods By using LEK immunocytoehemical staining, the expression of endogenous LEK was observed, and respectively, its expression in 5 parts of the thalamus is comparatively researched before and after the acquisition of CTA. Results Obviously, immunoreactive neurons in the laterodorsal thalamic nucleus, the lateral part of the mediodorsal thalamic nucleus and the ventral posteromedial thalamic nucleus decreased after CTA (P〈0.05). Conclusion The decrease of LEK-expressive level in the brain in CTA group suggests that endogenous LEK in some nuclei may play an important role in the acquisition of CTA.
