劳教吸毒人员人格障碍阳性率调查

摘　　要：目的研究劳教所强制性戒毒人员的人格障碍状况。方法以人格诊断问卷(PDQ+4)调查吸毒者335例,用个性障碍晤谈(PDI-IV)评定其B群人格障碍筛查阳性者的人格障碍阳性率。结果吸毒组B群人格障碍各分量表分中,划界分阳性率较高的为反社会型(74.0%),较低的为表演型(33.7%),自恋型和边缘型人格障碍的划界分阳性率分别为51.9%和63.0%,均显著高于普通人群对照组,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.001)。PDI-IV评定的B群人格障碍阳性率,反社会型为21.0%,边缘型为8.7%,自恋型为6.4%,表演型为1.3%。结论PDI-IV评定的B群人格障碍中,反社会型与边缘型人格障碍阳性率较高。Objective To investigat the personality characteristics and the positivity rate of personality disorders among drug abusers. Methods For screening personality disorder, personality diagnostic questionnaire-4＋（ PDQ^＋4） was administrated to a sample of 335 cases of drug abuse in a prison of Hunan Province, and to determine the positivity rate of the Cluster B of personality disorders among drug abusers with PDI-IV. Results Among 335 cases, the mean of total PDQ^＋4 scores was 49.45 ± 14.32; the type scales of PDQ＋4 were much higher than that in the control group in China （P〈0.001）. The positivity rate of Cluster B rated by PDI-IV were ATS21.0%, BPD 8.7%, NAR6.4%, HST1.3%. Conclusion The positivity rate of personality disorders of ATS and BPD among drug abusers rated with PDI-IV are higher than the other types in Cluster B.
