摘 要:对青海高寒牧区犏牛挤乳量及乳成分进行了分析,并与同等饲养条件下的牦牛进行了比较。结果表明:1)不同地区犏牛挤乳量差异不显著(P>0.05);2)不同的产乳阶段两个地区犏牛挤乳量的变化趋势相同;3)犏牛挤乳量极显著高于牦牛挤乳量(P<0.01);4)犏牛乳脂与干物质低于对照组牦牛的含量,其它成份无显著差异。The milk yields and milk contents of pianniu were determined and the results were compared with that of yak under same feeding condition. It is concluded that: 1. There is no significant difference in milk yield of pianniu in different areas ( P〉0.05) ; 2. The trend of milk yield of pianniu in two different areas during different stages are similar; 3. The milk yield of pianniu is significantly higher than that of yak ( P〉0.05) ; 4. Fat and dry matter content of pianniu is lower than that of yak, and other contents show no significant difference among two groups.
