肉鸡腹水综合症的临床及病理形态学观察

摘　　要：本文作者对４周龄肉鸡腹水综合症的临床症状、尸体剖检及病理组织学变化进行了详细观察，结果表明：病鸡临床上以腹部膨大、呼吸困难、反应迟钝等为特征；病理剖检变化主要表现为全身性淤血，腹腔积水，右心室扩张，肺淤血、水肿，肝肿大；病理组织学变化以心、肝、肺、肾发生充血、淤血、水肿及实质细胞发生损伤性变化为主。The authors gave a minute observation on clinical symptoms and necropsy and histopathology of ascites syndrome in 4weeks old broilers.The results showed that:The illed broilers were characteristiced with dyspneic respiration,abdominal distention and slow response in clinic;The changes of pathologic autopsy were mainly generalized pulmonary congestion and edema and hepatomegaly;The changes of histopathology wre mainly hyperemia,congestion and edema in heart,liver,lung and kidney and injury of parenchymal cells.
