摘 要:试验在高温(55℃)条件下用EGSB厌氧反应器处理木薯酒精废水。以中温厌氧颗粒污泥为接种污泥,通过改变进水COD浓度调节进水容积负荷,出水COD去除率可稳定在80%以上,pH在7.4左右,出水碱度范围为2800~4000mg·L-1;沼气成分中CH4含量约为55%~61%,平均每kgCOD的沼气产生量为0.256m3;对干燥木薯酒糟基质进行元素组成分析,推导出模拟分子式为C3.75H9O2.625N0.15S0.025,估算出沼气中理论CH4含量为58.09%。出水pH随着系统COD去除率的变化而波动,可以通过系统pH的变化来判断厌氧EGSB反应器的运行效果。Cassava alcohol wastewater, a type of harmful organic wastewater with no toxicity, containing plenty of organic and suspended compounds was treated by EGSB (Expanded Granular Sludge Bed) reactor under 55℃ in the experiment. With inoculation of mesophilic granular sludge, the COD removal rate stayed over 80%, pH about 7.4 and alkalinity ranged from 2800 to 4000 mg·L^-1 in the effluent. Biogas production volume was 0.256 m^3 per COD with 55%-61% CH4 in it. The simulated molecular formula of dry cassava waste was estimated as C3.75H9O2.625N0.15S0.025 leading to the theoretic concentration of CH4 in biogas of 58.09%. pH value fluctuated with COD removal rate, which indicated the operation condition of the system.
