摘 要:针对二元羧酸生产厂高含盐高含酸有机废水的特点,将絮凝、超滤、纳滤技术结合生化厌氧等水处理技术应用在工业废水处理上,考察絮凝、超滤预处理去除效果,研究不同温度下杂萘联苯聚芳醚砜酮纳滤膜对废水的处理效果。结果表明,在高温下操作,膜的通量较高,对废水处理效果良好,原水COD>15000mg·L-1,SO42->17g·L-1,产水COD<1800mg·L-1,SO42-<5g·L-1,满足后续生化厌氧工序的进水要求,且膜清洗容易,清洗后通量能恢复到原来的95%以上。According to the nature of organic waste water from Dicarboxylic acid plant, which contains high concentration of aic and salt,water treatment technology like pretreatment, UF and NF membrane separation are used combining with biological processes like aerobic biological reactor for industrial wastewater treatment to study the removal effect of the pretreatment and ultrafiltration membrane.And the removal effect ofpoly (phthalazine ether sulfone ketone)(PPESK) nanofiltration membrane at different temperatures is also researched.The results show that the membrane has desired removal properties when operated in high flux at high temperature,with the COD value of original water 15000 mg·L^-1,the concentration of SO4^2- more than 17 g·L^-1,the COD value of product water lower than 1800 mg·L^-1,and the concentration of SO4^2- under 5 g·L^-1.The product water quality suffices the request of the follow-up aerobic biological reactor. The membrane is easy to wash and can recover above 95% flux after washing.
