摘  要:采用混凝气浮为主的工艺流程处理造纸废水,处理后出水SS、COD和BOD5的平均去除率分别达到90%、74%和80%以上,出水达到设计要求,可以直接回用于生产工艺中,并可回收纸浆。实现了生产用水的闭路循环运行,达到了废水零排放。此工艺避免了生化处理占地面积大、投资和运行费用高等缺点,并且处理费用低,运行稳定,维护简单,具有显著的环境效益。The process of coagulation and air flotation was designed to deal with papermaking wastewater. The average removal rates of SS, COD and BOD5 reached 92%, 95.4%, 64.7% and 90%, respectively, which satisfied designed discharge standard. The drainage and paper pulp can be reused in production, which realized the closed circulation of using water in producing and wastewater zero discharge. This process prevents the defects of large space of biochemical disposal and high investion and function expense, and featured low cost, stable treatment effect, as well as easy maintenance, so the environmental benefit is remarkable.
