摘 要:通过实验考察了不同容积负荷和不同压力下压力式接触氧化塔的COD去除率,并据此推导出反应器的氧转移效率和充氧动力效率.结果表明:容积负荷<18.1 kg/(m3.d)时,其COD去除率可达70%以上;压力增加至0.3 MPa时,COD去除率可增加19%;压力式接触氧化塔氧转移效率随容积负荷的增加而增加;动力效率随压力的增加有所降低,但耗电性能略有降低.The removal efficiency of COD under different organic loading rates and pressures using pressurized bio-contact oxidation process was investigated. Hereby the oxygenation utilization percent (EA) and oxygenated power-efficiency (Ep) of the reactor were calculated. The results showed that:when the OLR was less than 18.1 kg/(m3·d), the COD removal rate could be above 70 % ;and when the pressure was increased to 0.3 MPa,it could be 19 % higher than the original value;along with the increase of organic loading rate, the EA of the process was also increased; the Ep was reduced in a certain extent when the pressure was increased, however the energy consumption performance had a slight decrease comparing with the traditional technology.
