摘　　要：在论述城市水土保持特点的基础上,从功能分区规划、图则与法则的结合、措施服从城市建设和城市防洪等方面,介绍了城市水土保持规划的原理,对规划中的水土流失调查方法、水土流失诊断方法以及水土保持措施规划方法进行了有益的尝试与探索.On the basis of discussing the characteristics of urban soil conservation ,this paper introduces principles for making urban soil and water conservation plan, taking into consideration of function-zoning, conservation measures, urban construction and flood control. It also probes into some methods for investigation and harnessment of soil loss as well as soil conservation measures plan, the layout of soil conservation measures.
