摘 要:以羊毛醇为原料,提出了一条经过配合、水解及重结晶生产胆甾醇产品的工艺路线,研究了各工艺条件的影响。所得优化工艺条件为:配合过程的氯化钙摩尔量为胆甾醇摩尔量的7倍,温度78℃,时间3h;配合物纯化过程的溶剂为石油醚-乙醇混合溶剂,体积比为10∶1到13∶1,用量4mL/(g羊毛醇),冷却最终温度为20℃到10℃;配合物的水解选择用直接水解工艺,水解温度15℃,水与配合物的质量比为100∶1,水解时间1h;重结晶溶剂为乙醇。在上述条件下,所得胆甾醇产品的收率可达77%以上,纯度可达90%以上。A new process is proposed to extract cholesterol from lanolin alcohol by complexing, hydrolyzing and recrystallizing, and the effects of different conditions are studied. The appropriate process conditions are obtained. For the complex process, the calcium chloride dosage(w) is 7 times the cholesterol dosage(w) ;the reaction temperature is 78℃ and the reaction time is 3 hours. For the purification process,the solvent is the mixture of petrolemn ether and ethanol, and the scale of volume is 10:1 to 13:1 with the solvent dosage being 4 mL per gram lanolin alcohol and the final cooling temperature is 20℃ to 10℃. For the hydrolyzing process, the technique of direct hydrolyzing is selected,and the process is at the reaction temperature of 15℃ with the water dosage 100 mL per germ complex for the reaction time of 1 hour. The recrystal solvent is ethanol. At the above-mentioned conditions, the recovery rate of cholesterol is above 77% and the pureness is above 90%.
