摘  要:The synthesis of n-octyl bromide with hydrobromic acid and n-octyl alcohol as reactants and rare earth solid super acid S2O82-/ZrO2-SiO2-Sm2O3as catalyst is studied.The results show that the optimum conditions should be∶n(hydrobromic acid)∶n(n-octyl alcohol)=4.2∶1.0,the amount of the catalyst is 1.5% of the total weight of the reactants used in the reaction,the reaction time is 5.0h and the temperature is 130~140℃.The yield of n-octyl bromide is about 66.8%.The catalyst can be reused after being activated and the yield of n-octyl bromide is reduced to 64.3% after being used 6 times.The structure of the product is identified by methods of IR and 1H-NMR.The effective factors of the preparation conditions to the catalyst activity are also investigated by the esterification of actic acid with butanol.The catalyst is characterized by XRD and FI-IR.The synthesis of n-octyl bromide with hydrobromic acid and n-octyl alcohol as reactants and rare earth solid super acid S2O8^2-/ZrO2-SiO2-Sm2O3 as catalyst is studied.
