摘  要:4-amino-3-fluorophenol is synthesized by catalytic hydrogenation of the 1-fluoro-2-nitrobenzene in a reaction medium of inorganic acid and organic solvent,and then undergo the Bamberger rearrangement.The reaction conditions are optimized and a novel workup process suitable for production is obtained.4-amino-3-fluorophenol is synthesized by catalytic hydrogenation of the 1-fluoro-2-nitrobenzene in a reaction medium of inorganic acid and organic solvent, and then undergo the Bamberger rearrangement.
