102钢内壁氧化皮脱落原因分析

摘　　要：针对材质为102钢的末级过热器管爆管,进行了宏观检查、材质分析、微观检验和X射线衍射分析。结果表明氧化皮脱落和联箱结构不合理造成管子堵塞,是炉管频繁爆管的主要原因。The burst of final superheater was analyzed by macroscopical testing,composition test,metallographic structure analysis, and XRD specturm. The results show that the main reason of the burst of final superheater was the blockage by scales fallen from inner wall and incorrect structure of the header.
