摘　　要：对汽轮发电机转子护环的运行工况、失效机理进行了综述。护环的主要失效形式是应力腐蚀破裂,说明了影响应力腐蚀破裂的环境因素、冶金因素和应力因素,指出了护环金属监督中的注意事项。The service condition and the failure mechanism of the generator retaining ring were reviewed. The main failure mode of the retaining ring is stress corrosion cracking. The effects of environment, metallurgy and stress were introduced. The important aspects in technical supervision of retaining ring were pointed out.
