摘 要:【目的】研究水稻细胞质雄性不育系种子裂颖特性与浆片的关系,揭示不育系种子裂颖的内在原因。【方法】以具有不同裂颖特性的细胞质雄性不育系福伊A、三香A、丰源A、T98A及其相应保持系为材料,对不育系间以及保持系与不育系间浆片的小维管束性状值、体积、重量、水势进行方差分析和多重比较,并对不育系浆片的小维管束性状值、体积、重量、水势与其种子裂颖率和裂颖度进行相关分析。【结果】与种子裂颖重的不育系相比,种子裂颖轻的不育系浆片小维管束导管面积大、数目多且分布均匀、体积小、重量轻、水势低;且相应保持系也表现出大致相同的规律。不育系种子裂颖率与浆片单个小维管束的导管面积和数目、单个小维管束平均单个导管面积、整个小维管束的导管面积和数目呈极显著负相关,与浆片单个导管未退化小维管束单个导管面积、单个小维管束面积、体积、重量、水势呈(极)显著正相关。【结论】浆片小维管束导管少且分布不均匀、体积大、重量重、水势高是不育系种子裂颖重的重要原因之一。[ Objective ] In this paper, the relationship between characteristics of glume-gaping grains (CGG) and lodicules was studied to ascertain the reason of glume-gaping grains lines on CMS lines. [Method]The experiment with 4 cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) and their B-lines to examine characteristics of small vascular bundle (SVB) ,volume, weight, water potential of lodicules between CMS lines and B-lines and among CMS lines by using GLM and multiple comparisons, and correlation analysis was also conducted on the SVB, volume, weight, water potential of lodicules and percentage of glume-gaping grains (PGG) and percentage of heavily glume-gaping grains (PHGG) on CMS lines. [Result] Lodicules of the CMS lines with lighter CGG had more, bigger and unequal tracheae in SVB, and had bigger volume, heavier weight and lower water potential compared with the CMS lines with CGG Similar to CMS lines, the B-lines had similar changes. The area and number of heavy tracheae for a SVB, mean area of a tracheae for a SVB, the area and number of tracheae for all SVB had a significantly positive correlation with PGG on CMS lines, while the area of a tracheae for a SVB which has tracheaes, the area for a SVB, volume, weight, water potential had a negative correlation with PGG on CMS lines. [ Conclusion] Undeveloped and unequal tracheae of SVB, big volume, heavy weight, high water potential on lodicules are one of the important reason that CMS lines have higher PGG
