摘 要:【目的】构建黍稷种质资源的核心种质。【方法】以中国黍稷种质资源数据库中记录的8016份黍稷资源为材料,按地理来源划分成23个组。各组内在11个表型性状聚类的基础上,按比例法取样,并依各组的遗传多样性指数进行适当调整,构建黍稷核心种质。通过对核心种质各性状特征值、符合率、遗传多样性指数的t检验来检测核心种质。【结果】780份资源组成的初选核心种质占原始材料的9.73%。对构建的核心种质多项参数进行了评价。【结论】本研究建立的核心种质是有效的,初选种质较好地代表了供试种质。[ Objective] Research was made to establish core collection ofbroomcom millet (Panicum miliaceum) germplasm. [ Method ] Thes development of a core collection from 8 016 accessions of broomcorn millet descriptor traits available from China genebank was summarized. The germplasm accessions were divided into 34 groups based on the geographical locations. On the basis of cluster analysis of 11 phenotype traits, the number of collection samples was estimated based on the proportion allocation method and adjusted according to genetic diversity indices in each group, [Result] A primary core germplasm comprising 780 accessions from 8 016 Chinese broomcorn millet accessions was established, contributing 9.73% to the original materials. Tests on eigenvalue and accordance rate in core collection, and also according to the t test of genetic diversity index of 11 phenotypic traits indicates that the selected gerplasm collection could represent all materials. [ Conclusion ] This core collection has provided an effective guide to proper management and exploitation of broomcorn millet, as well as useful breeding resources.
