摘 要:【目的】探讨不同遗传背景棉花品种纤维比强度形成的温度敏感性特征。【方法】采用SPPS(11.0)统计分析软件分析2001~2004年长江流域棉花品种区域试验纤维品质资料。【结果】在相同条件下,同一品种的纤维比强度的变异性较为稳定,即棉纤维比强度的变异性具有较强的遗传(品种)特性,不同品种其纤维比强度变异性存在显著差异,因此可根据纤维比强度变异性大小对品种进行类型划分。研究发现各品种不同果枝部位及"四桃"间纤维比强度的变异性均存在差异,根据不同果枝部位及"四桃"间纤维比强度的变异系数分别聚类,可将14个品种划分为纤维比强度形成对温度敏感型,中间型和非敏感型3个类群。【结论】纤维比强度变异性大小具有一定的稳定性和品种特性,不同品种纤维比强度的稳定性存在较大差异。棉纤维比强度的变异性主要来源于温度的变异性。不同品种棉花纤维比强度变异性的显著差异也可能主要来源于其对温度变化敏感性的差异。[Objective] To study the difference of cotton temperature-sensitivity in fiber strength development in cultivars with different genetic backgrounds. [ Method] The fiber strength data of the cultivars used in the Yangtze River's regional trials in 2000-2004 were analyzed by using the statistic software SPSS (ll.0). [Resultl It was found that certain cultivars had special variance of fiber strength, and there was a significant difference in the variance of cotton fiber strength among different cultivars. With the above two presuppositions and based on the strength variance of the fiber from the different fruiting branches and the fourth bolls, cotton cultivars could be clustered into 3 groups as temperature-sensitive group, moderate group and temperature-insensitive group. [Conclusion] The results confirmed that significant difference may exist in different cultivars. And further analysis of the date suggested that the variance of the temperature might be the source of the fiber variation, and that different cotton cultivars may have different degrees of fiber strength variation which may result from their different temperature-sensitivity.
