摘 要:通过亲水亲油平衡值(HLB值)和相转变温度(PIT)的选择、非离子型乳化剂及助表面活性剂的复配,对几种紫外线吸收剂和受阻胺自由基捕获剂进行乳化,研究经紫外线吸收剂和受阻胺自由基捕获剂乳液单独或复配整理对涤纶织物抗紫外线和耐日晒性能的改善作用.在此基础上,选择紫外线吸收剂UV-360与受阻胺自由基捕获剂UV-944复配形成高效光稳定剂,用于涤纶织物抗紫外和耐日晒的整理加工,效果显著.Non-ionic emulsifiers and co-surfantants were selected and formulated on considering their HLB values and phase-transition temperature (PIT). Some UV-absorbers and hindered amine free-radical scavengers were emulsified, and the improvement of the anti-UV and light-fast properties of the polyester fiber fabrics finished with them was investigated. UV absorber UV-360 and free radical scavenger UV-944 were selected on this basis to compose an effective light stabilizer, which was used to finish polyester fiber fabrics to give obvious anti-UV and light-fast effect improvement of the treated fabrics.
