棉及改性棉织物的PBTCA防皱整理探讨

摘　　要：探讨了采用PBTCA整理剂对棉织物进行防皱整理的工艺.研究了抗皱整理的各项工艺参数(如PBTCA用量、催化剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间等)对整理效果的影响,并通过对整理后织物断裂强力、折皱回复角、白度、毛效等性能指标的研究,确定了PBTCA用于棉织物防皱整理的工艺条件:PBTCA6%(owf),次亚磷酸钠1%(owf),三乙醇胺3%(owf),160℃焙烘120s.在PBTCA整理之前,先用BEBA对织物进行接枝改性,可以进一步提高折皱回复角,还能明显降低对织物强力的损伤.The wrinkle resistant finish technics of cotton fabric with PBTCA used as a finishing agent was mainly discussed in this paper. The influence of conditions in PBTCA finish such as concentrations of PBTCA and catalyst, curing temperature and time on the finishing effect were studied. Breaking strength, wrinkle recovery angle, whiteness and wickability of finished fabric were measured, and the technics used for PBTCA-wrinkle resistant finish were obtained： PBTCA 6%（owl）, sodium hypophosphite 1% （owf）, triethanolamine 3% （ovvf）, cured at 160 ℃ for 120 s. In addition, the experiment showed that if the fabric was modified with BEBA before PBTCA finish, the wrinkle recovery angle of fabric could be further improved and significantly reduced the damage to strength of fabric.
