摘  要:研究了粘合剂(含羟基官能团的聚丙烯酸酯)-交联剂(甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺,HMMM)-乙二醇多元体系的成膜工艺,探讨了HMMM以及乙二醇用量对膜拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和吸水率的影响.结果表明:加入交联剂增大了膜的拉伸强度,减小了膜的断裂伸长率,随着HMMM用量的增大,膜的吸水率逐渐降低;随着乙二醇用量的增大,膜的拉伸强度先增大后减小,断裂伸长率增大,膜的吸水率先减小后增大.The film forming technology of binding agent(polyacrylate containing hydroxyl group), crosslinking agent(methyl-etherified hexamethylolmelamine, HMMM )and glycol multicomponent system was investigated. The effects of usage amount of HMMM and glycol on tensile strength, elongation at break and water absorption were discussed. The results indicated that tensile strength of the film was increased when crosslinking agent was added while the elongation at break decreased. Water absorption gradually decreased with increasing of HMMM dosage. With the increase in glycol usage amount, tensile strength of film increased at first and then decreased, but the elongation at break increased, and water absorption of film decreased at first and then increase.
