羧甲基壳聚糖与KN型水解活性染料的作用研究

摘  要:壳聚糖经改性得到阴离子型衍生物N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖(N,O—CMCTS),研究其与活性翠蓝KN—G、Remazol Red RGB、Remazol Golden Yellow RGB水解染料的作用状况,并用溶液的吸光度值及所形成胶团的粒径大小加以表征.研究表明:N,O—CMCTS质量浓度为0.5~1.0g/L时能够将织物表面解吸下来的水解染料包覆于所形成的胶团中,有效地去除织物表面的浮色.Chitosan was modified to obtain anionic derivative N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan (N,O-CMCTS). The action between the anionic chitosan derivative and KN-G Blue,Remazol Red RGB and Remazol Golden Yellow RGB was studied, respectively, which was characterized by the absorbance of solution and the particle diameter of micelles. The result showed that N,O-CMCTS could effectively remove the loose color from the fabric surface when the mass concentration of N,O-CMCTS was 0.5-1.0 g/L, for it could wrap the hydrolyzed dyes desorbed from the fabric surface in the micelle.
