摘 要:以TiCl4为原料,用沉淀法制备了Fe3+掺杂的TiO2溶胶,并利用XRD(X衍射谱)和IR(红外光谱)对掺杂溶胶进行了表征.将该溶胶用于紫外降解活性艳蓝K-GR,利用正交试验研究了染料初始质量浓度和溶胶用量、pH值以及H2O2用量对染料褪色降解的影响.得出最佳降解条件为:染料初始质量浓度100mg/L,Fe3+/TiO2溶胶5mL、φ(双氧水)1%(对染液体积)、pH值10,紫外光照5h,对应染料脱色率约为70%.Fe^3+ doped TiO2 sol was prepared using TiCl4 by hydrolytic precipitation method and was characterized by XRD and IR. This TiO2 sol was used on the degradation of reactive blue K-GR. The effects of the initial concentration of dye and sol concentration, pH and the dosage of H2O2 on the decoloration and degradation of the dye were discussed using orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions for degradation are Fe^3+/TiO2 sol 5 mL, φ(H2O2) 1% (on the volume of dye solution), pH=10,and the initial concentration of dye is 100 mg/L, respectively. And after 5 h UV irradiation, the corresponding decoloration rate is about 70%.
