摘 要:螯合分散剂的螯合力常规测试是在弱酸性条件下,以硫酸铁铵溶液为介质、磺基水杨酸为指示剂,用EDTA标准液滴定进行的.在印染生产中,很多碱性工艺中都要用到螯合分散剂,因此,研究了硫酸铁铵在碱性条件下测试螯合分散剂的螯合力,在低碱(NaOH<10g/L)条件下,可以选择在低碱下具有优异螯合力的普通螯合分散剂,在高碱(NaOH>10g/L)条件下,就应选择耐高碱的螯合分散剂TF-133B.采用硫酸铁铵定量滴定测试螯合分散剂在碱性条件下对铁离子的螯合能力,终点明显,测试平行性较好,该法能快速、有效地评价不同螯合分散剂的耐碱螯合力.The conventional test for chelating property of chelate dispersing agent is titrated by EDTA titer under weak acid condition using ammonium ferric sulfate as medium and sulfosalicylic acid as indicator. Chelate dispersing agent is commonly used in alkali technology in dyeing and printing production. Accordingly, the tests for chelating property of chelate dispersing agent were studied in ammonium ferric sulfate under alkali condition. Under low-alkali condition (NaOH〈10 g/L), ordinary chelate dispersing agent with excellent chelating property under low-alkali condition could be chosen; under high-alkali condition (NaOH〉10 g/L), high-alkali resistant chelate dispersing agent TF-133B should be chosen. The method i.e. chelation property of Fe^3+ of chelate dispersing agent in basic condition by ammonium ferric sulfate quantative titration has advantages of distinct end point, good test parallelism, and this method can rapidly and effectively evaluate the alkali-resistance chelating properties of different chelate dispersing agents.
