摘　　要：本文首先分析了传统的串行产品开发模式,接着提出一种基于并行理念的产品开发设计管理模式,并进行实际应用的研究,最后对实施基于并行理念的产品设计开发管理的意义进行了探索分析。This article first analysed the development model of the traditional serial product, then proposed a management model of product R＆D based on a concept of concurrent engineering and made some research on practical application, and explored the meaning of carrying out product design, development and management ,which based on concurrent englneenng
