摘　　要：本课题研究了以丙烯酰胺为单体,通过接枝反应向PVA中引入丙烯酰胺基团,在一定条件下制得了接枝PVA,通过红外光谱表征了接枝产物,测试了接枝PVA的性能,并对接枝PVA进行了一系列纱线上浆性能的测试。结果证明,接枝PVA水溶性好,可消除结皮现象,有利于退浆,适用于亲水性纤维纱线的上浆。The research for a acryl amide monomer, graft reaction to the PVA through the introduction of acryl amide groups, under certain conditions, the system had grafted PVA, characterized by IR graft product testing PVA the performance of the graft and graft PVA conducted a series of yarn sizing of the test. The results show that graft PVA water-soluble, and the crust removing phenomenon is conducive to desizing, At the same time, their mechanical strength and adhesion performance.
