摘　　要：对于一稿多投的讨论已经很多了。无外乎两者,赞同和反对。理由也是公说公有理,婆说婆有理,至今没有一个定论。一稿多投还在继续,尤其是学术论文,有愈演愈烈之势。通过对赞同者和反对者观点的分析,可以让学术论文一稿多投。但是,也并不是让作者无节制的乱投,而是出版单位要引导作者理性投稿。There have been many discussions about multiple contributions with one manuscript. For the people who are for or against it, they have their own reasons. There is no conclusion so far. However, it is still growing especially in academic essays, which is more and more popular. By analyzing opinions of the approval and disapproval, this paper suggests that multiple contributions with one manuscript should be accepted. But it does not mean the author could contribute chaotically. The publishing units should conduct the authors to contribute rationally.
