美国社会信用体系建设的经验教训对我国的启示

摘　　要：目前我国社会信用缺失已严重影响了社会主义市场经济的进一步发展。因此,为了进一步推动社会主义市场经济顺利而健康地向前发展,必须加快中国特色的社会信用体系建设。美国社会信用体系建设的"市场主导模式"推动了其市场经济的蓬勃发展和社会的繁荣昌盛,但也因其过分偏重于社会信用体系建设的法制取向而曾几度引发了社会信用危机。美国社会信用体系建设的成功经验与惨痛教训对于我国的最大启示是,我国的社会信用体系建设必须是"法律取向与道德取向并重",即在注重社会信用体系的法制信用建设的同时加强其道德信用建设。At present in our country the racial credit loss hae badly affected the development of the spcialist market. In order to promote the development of socialist market economy, the construction of the social credit system with China＇s characteristic must be quickened. The social credit system constroction mode ＂the market- oriented mode＂ promoted the market economy＇s vigorous development and society＇s prosperity and bloom in America, but ever brought on a lot of social credit crises becanse of its excessively laying particular stress on the legal institution＇s tropism of the social credit system construction. Our country can draw the most inspiration from the suecessful experience and bitter lesson of the social credit system construction in America is that in our country we must pay equal attention to the legal institution＇s tropism and the moral institution＇s tropism of the social credit system construction, namely, we must not only pay sttention to the construction of the credit based on legal institution of the social credit system, but also strengthen the construction of the credit based on moral institution of the social credit system.
