内脂素与代谢内分泌疾病的相关性研究

摘　　要：内脂素是新近发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,广泛存在于人和小鼠的内脏脂肪组织中。最新研究表明,内脂素能直接结合胰岛素受体并发挥类胰岛素样作用,它在肥胖相关性疾病中表达增加,其表达与肥胖和胰岛素抵抗明显相关,内脂素可能为肥胖和糖尿病的治疗提供新的思路。此外,内脂素可能在多囊卵巢综合征的发生、发展中起到重要的病理生理学作用。Visfatin is a newly discovered novel adipokine existing universally in visceral adipose tissue of humans and mice. Recent researches show that visfatin plays an insulin-mimetic role by binding to insulin receptor and exerts insulin-like effect. It has increased expression in disease related to obesity and its expression has obviousely positive correlation with insulin resistance. Vistatin can provide new idea for the theray for obesity and diabetes. Besides that, visfatin maybe contribute pathological and physiological effect to the occurrence and development of polyeystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）.
