摘　　要：股骨头坏死作为一种慢性难治性疾病,其临床疗效随访和评价日益受到重视。查阅近几年的国内外相关文献,通过对股骨头坏死的近期和中远期疗效统计及分析,并对其疗效评价的回顾,认为目前的评价指标主要是从临床功能Harris评分、影像学分期评分以及髋关节置换的时间三方面进行评价。提出了临床疗效评价标准需要更加人性化,强调了开展远期疗效观察的重要性。Osteonecrosis of the femoral head （ONFH） is a chronic intractable disease, clinical follow-up and evaluation have been paid much attention to ONFH. Through the short-duration of follow-up and long-term effect of statistics and analysis for the ONFH, and review the status quo of clinical evaluation. The current outcome indexes mainly include the Harris hip score, radiographic outcome measures and time-point analysis with revision to total hip a_,lhroplasty, further observe the clinical outcome standards of humanity, to carry on the importance of long-term effect.
