中药抗病毒作用研究进展

摘　　要：许多病毒感染性疾病不仅传染性强,而且病死率高。目前尚缺乏理想的抗病毒西药,而有些中草药对病毒有一定的抑制作用,成为近年来医学研究的热点。本文综述中药抗呼吸道、消化道、肝炎、单纯疱疹病毒作用的研究进展,认为具有抗病毒作用的某些中药在抑制病毒复制的同时,还可以延缓细胞病变,且可以提高机体诱生干扰素的能力。Some infectious diseases caused by virus not only have powerful infectiosity, but aslo have high case fatality rate. At present, there isn＇t ideal antiviral western drug, but some Chinese medicinal herb have certain inhibition roles on virus,and are becoming a research hot spot in recent years. This article reviewed the progresses in effects of traditional Chinese medicine on anti-respiratory virus, anti-enterovirus, anti-hepatitis virus and anti-herpes simplex virus. Some traditional Chinese medicine has been demonstrated to inhibit virus copy, delay the cell pathology, and improve the organism ability of inducement IFN.
