摘  要:目的研究大白兔放射性肺损伤影像学模型的制作方法,结合病理学改变评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对放射性肺损伤的早期诊断价值。方法40只新西兰大白兔随机分为照射组和对照组,分别以30、40、50Gy剂量行右肺2/3面积照射建立肺损伤模型,照射后第2、4、6、8周分别行MSCT检查并作pulmo曲线分析。结果动物模型可安全建立,MSCT能够清晰显示大白兔放射性肺损伤毛玻璃改变、斑片状及纤维索条影。随着照射剂量的增大,肺泡腔厚度增厚明显,尤以50Gy照射损伤最为明显与对照组比较,各时间点分别均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。且各时间点右肺密度显著高于左肺。结论大白兔右肺一次30、40、50Gy照射可以制作放射性肺损伤的急性模型,且50Gy照射损伤最为明显。MSCT可以早期诊断放射性肺损伤。Objective To construct rabbit model of radiation induced lung injury, combine the pathologic changes and to assess diagnostic value of MSCT in the early phase of radiation induced lung injury. Methotis Forty rabbits were divided into one normal control group and three experimental groups randomly,and the experimental groups received dose of 30,40,50 Gy to the right lung. image of MSCT and analyze of pulmo curve were obtained at 2,4,6,8 weeks. Result Animal model of security can be established MSCT findings including ground-glass opacity, patchy consolidation and fibrosis were observed at the scheduled study. Conclusion The radiation induced lung injury model can be setting up with the exposure of dose of 30,40,50 Gy radiation to the right lung of rabbit,and the 50Gy damage is most obvious. Early diagnostic of radiation induced lung injury can be performed with MSCT scanning.
