摘 要:以戊二醛为交联剂,将在水相合成的带负电的CdSe/CdS核壳量子点与带正电的多聚赖氨酸结合制备得到稳定性微球(PL-QDs).将该微球与肝癌细胞SMMC-7721共培养,并用荧光显微镜跟踪观察以研究量子点微球在细胞标记中的作用.结果显示,微球对细胞无毒性,而且能有效地将量子点释放至细胞内并使细胞在绿光光照下发出红色荧光,荧光能稳定存在6 d以上.研究表明,该微球细胞毒性低,可用于生物学标记的量子点载体.Poly-L-lysine modified quantum dots microspheres (PL-QDs) were constructed by combining the negatively charged CdSe / CdS core-shell quantum dots and the positively charged poly-L-lysine, using glutaraldehyde as the cross-linker. To investigate the interaction between PL-QDs and cells, the liver cancer cells SMMC-7721 were incubated with the microspheres, and the cells were constantly observed by fluorescence microscope to study the microspheres in the role of cell markers. The results have shown that the microspheres can effectively release the quantum dots to cells, making the cells red under green light, with a stability of more than six days. The research has shown that the microspheres are low cellular-toxicity and useful for biological tag as the quantum dots carrier.
