实施“猪—沼—果”工程 促进小流域经济发展

摘　　要：会昌县1993年被列为全国水土保持重点治理县后,大力开展了以小流域为单元的水土保持综合治理开发,探索出了以抓“猪、沼、果”工程为重点的小流域综合治理开发的新路子,至1997年6月底已累计兴建沼气池25284口,开发果园面积87300hm^2.实施“猪、沼、果”工程的主要做法是:以典型引路,使该工程在各小流域普遍推广;制定优惠政策,保证工程的实施;各部门配合,加强技术服务.“猪、沼、果”工程有力地推动了全县水土保持产业的发展.Since Huichang County was listed as national key harnessing county of soil and water conservation in 1993, Huichang County carried out soil and water conservation comprehensive harnessment and exploitation taking small watershed as a unit, and found out a new way of small watershed comprehensive management taking 'pig - methane - fruit' project as key point. By the end of June 1997, 25284 methane-generating pits have been set up in Huichang County, the orchard area has reached 87300 ha. The main practice is as follows: 1. setting up examples to popularize the project in each small watershed; 2. laying out preferential policies to ensure implementation of the project; 3. every department takes coordinate action to strengthen technique service.
