摘　　要：根据我国某些领域线路巡检的实际需要,介绍了一种用基于全球定位系统GPS(Global Positioning System)的手持机新型线路巡检管理系统,提出了系统的结构,着重介绍了系统的数据库设计、数据下载、数据分析和数据回放等关键技术。该系统与类似系统相比,应用范围更广一些,在数据下载、数据分析和数据回放等方面都有自己的特色,该系统巳投入到实际应用中。Considering the practical requirements for line inspection in some fields, a new line inspection system based on GPS（ Global Positioning System） handset is presented. The structure of the system is introduced, and some key technologies of data download, data analysis and data display are analyzed. In comparison with similar systems, the system, with its unique characteristics in data download, data analysis and data display, can be applied to more fields, the system has been used for practical applications.
